Selfless Yoga is my personal yoga website. I want you to know what information is collected when you visit and how it is used. I keep this simple and collect as little as I can.
Information you share with me
When you request the free diary, you enter your name and email address in the signup form. That is the only personal information I ask for on this website. You do not need an account, a password, or a payment to receive the diary.
How your name and email are used
Your name and email address are stored and processed by Kit (kit.com), the email service I use to send the diary and my emails. After you submit the form, Kit sends you an email asking you to confirm your address. Your diary is sent only after you confirm, and only confirmed subscribers receive future emails.
Once you confirm, you will receive the diary and occasional Selfless Yoga emails with new practices, reflections, and resources. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Kit handles your information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at kit.com.
Website hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most websites, Cloudflare may process standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the site securely and keep it running well.
YouTube videos
The practice videos on this website show a preview image from YouTube. Loading those images connects your browser to YouTube servers. A video player only loads when you choose to play a video, and it uses YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, YouTube, which is owned by Google, may collect information or set cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Links to YouTube and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
What I do not do
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link in any email. If you would like me to update or delete your information, please contact me and I will take care of it.
